Jack.. I am a great follower of yours and I have studied this situation and written about it for my husband intra office blog.. sorry.. I can not offer that information as to where he works, but I want to offer to you, that Canada is working much closer with China in Rare Earth Metals than you may imagine.. Please investigate that closer.. Thank you
