It is refreshing to finally hear analysis based on a severely neglected piece of the ARNA picture- the prescribing behavior of physicians in the setting of new pharmacologic therapies in light of readily available non-pharmacologic interventions.  I feel ARNA is very promising in the long term but it will get off the starting block at a jog long before it has a chance to break into a run.]]>
