  • Germany, ECB take tough line against Greece [View news story]
Greece should start selling its islands to other countries, a fair way to pay for debt.

  • Pandora -5.3%; Sony partners with Spotify [View news story]
I guess Pandora IPO + secondary offering is better? This shows Spotify management is more prudent with the company while Pandora founder and its insiders are bunch of sell outs owning a mere 1% of outstanding shares.

  • Will Pandora get boxed out by deal-making Spotify? [View news story]
Oh spare the gimmicks of not being a competitor, that is management excuse for everything so they don't get exposed how poor their service is compared to almost every other competitor. And in a mobile world, EVERYTHING is competition. From a health app to youtube to Facebook as the user can only have 1 app in his display screen.

  • Will Pandora get boxed out by deal-making Spotify? [View news story]
CNBC Guy Adamy has no position on Pandora, that's like saying you go ahead and burn while I watch.

Netflix and Amazon have proven that high content costs can only be offset by a steady revenue stream, that is why subscriptions > ad model. This PUTS Pandora in a very bad position as we see with Google missing ER AGAIN from declining revenue from mobile ads.

500m financing is peanuts compared to bloated 3.7B market cap of Pandora. Spotify success struggles are proving that Pandora is grossly overvalued.

ANALyst shills will say anything to pump a stock so they can dump on retail.

  • Pandora -5.3%; Sony partners with Spotify [View news story]
Watch as Dgulick and baggie friends lose all their money this time thinking the stock has bottomed, Spotify is seeking 500m from GS to avoid going IPO means they don't want to show their earnings which probably isn't much and would be hard to IPO with a high valuation, especially in a pseudo bear market.

Pandora got no chance. Spotify is exposed to entire world while Pandora is limited to saturated US market. If the best can't succeed the worst will surely be in worse position. Google missed on revenue AGAIN, mobile ads are not the savior of growth and this perpetuated lie by all mobile ad businesses will end in tears.

And since 80% of Pandora is ad based revenue, the variables are too great to even fathom sustainable profit growth. This is evident in Pandora's performance even its best days or worst, it never made any money and keeps on reporting GAAP loss quarter after quarter.

  • Pandora up 8% on bullish OTR survey data [View news story]
Yep company existence more than a decade, never made a cent pumped to 7 billion valuation during trillions of dollars in QE and upgrades to 45$ targets on hot air by several ANALysts. Yep that's not superficial, that's concrete fundamentals right there. lol

  • FXCM: This Equity Is Nearly Worthless [View article]
No one in Wall St is prudent, that is why we had a 11 Trillion QE and a record stock market while economy is in the dump. Lies just to keep the same pre-2008 crash system going.

Paying for Pandora service? Every other competitor gives you tons of features and service for subscribing while Pandora offers exact same thing as free but without ads. It's such a bad model and everyone who has subs to Spottily couldn't believe they actually paid for Pandora.

I feel sorry for you cause we have heard all your bullet point nonsense from Dgulick and how well that turned out for him. Active listeners, total listening hours, ad growth rate are all declining.

Obviously you know better than management when they say their content costs will skyrocket in 2015, or that they are royalty rates are like an invisible iceberg. Or perhaps that Spotify in a few years acquired as much active listeners than Pandora took more than a decade. Or that every other competitor has already expanded in many other markets while Pandora several times has send they are unable to expand. Perhaps the numerous insider sales by management and large holders might have convinced you that they are more bearish than me.

So you go ahead and buy all you can, we'll talk again in a few months.

  • Pandora's Strength Is An Illusion [View article]
Now listen to me again, sell everything if this junk gets to 18-20 cause that will be your last chance since this fraud will indefinitely go back to 8-12$ and rot to eventual bankruptcy.

When Wall St spreads M&A rumors, spins bad news into good and upgrades stock in matter of 1-2 days, that is your signal this junk is being engineered for a dump. This all options play nobody really cares for the underlying company.

EU QE/spiking dollar, Saudi oil dump, Russia new cold war, ISIS and a cornered Fed mandate that is forced to raise rates going to be a roaring bear 2015. Time to take profits people. This is the topping year towards a forever bear market.

Dgulick is back from hiding! Funny thing is comparing third quarter it's a DECLINE in growth rate, even though this quarter is there best quarter. I guess the two weeks pump before ER dump is back in play. Fool on the rumor, dump on baggies.
