I hold an MS in research psychology and worked 25 years for McDonnell Douglas as a Human Factors Engineer ("Ergonomics Engineer"). I also served 13 years as Deputy Director in the Colorado Governor's Energy Office - to further new energy sources, helping to make buildings more energy efficient and demonstrating the future of energy reliability and future energy self sufficiency. I have been a "car guy" for most of my life, have built several muscle cars and was a VP for the Kansas Hot Rod Association during the late 1950s when Schilling AFB allowed us to us their big jets' runway for 1/4 mile races - we attracted many of the big names of drag racing during its infancy and the AF runway had the longest
shutdown distance in the US.
