  • AT&T's Smartphone Sales Point To A Strong Holiday Quarter For Apple  [View article]
People calling for 47M+ in iPhone sales also have $750-850+ price targets. If AAPL hits 47M then the stock at its current price is hilariously low.

Didn't you know that more customers = less money? It's common sense man! That's why the stock price is still tanking - AAPL has too many customers!

  • Apple may get a boost from Dialog Semiconductor - some of whose products are found in iDevices - raising its Q4 revenue guidance to $268M from $215M-$235M thanks to a late surge in the tablet and smartphone markets. Dialog's strength looks to have been driven by strong demand for the iPhone5 and iPad Mini, says Deutsche. Dialog +5.2% in Europe, AAPL +0.7% premarket.  [View news story]
Technical currents tend to create great entry points for rational fundamental investors. Now is that time for AAPL.

  • Apple: The Astonishing Margin On Flash Memory  [View article]
Samsung's products may be of similar quality in terms of hardware, but they lack the high-quality software/ecosystem that only AAPL products can offer. I used Android for years until finally admitting that it was garbage compared to AAPLs sleak and extremely smooth UI. Plus I don't have to look at adds in every damn app I download with my iPhone, an advantage that Samsung will never have with Android.

  • A Cheaper iPhone Would Confirm A Lack Of Innovation And Declining Margins At Apple  [View article]
Nothing is enough innovation for the bears nowadays short of AAPL implanting chips into brains and creating a new Borg society.

  • Hurdles For Apple Longs  [View article]
This would all be very valid if AAPL wasn't priced so hilariously low right now. Seriously... they're trading at less than a 12 P/E and generating 30-40 billion in cash every year on top of the 120+ billion they already have. I'd say the irrationality is more on the bear side right now, considering there are stocks like COKE and Proctor and Gamble trading at a 19+P/E, which haven't done anything over the last 5 years.

AAPL hardware has always been on par or better than other high end offerings. The difference is that no other manufacturer has the AAPL ecosystem, support, or incredibly high-quality software that AAPL offers. A good product is measured by more than just the number of pixels... something that many people can't wrap their heads around.

  • 4 Reasons Windows 8 Will End Apple's Market Share Growth - And Why Apple Shouldn't Care  [View article]

Exactly. If I want a tablet I buy an iPad. If I want a productivity/gaming computer, I buy a laptop or a tower computer with a massive display. PCs are better than tablets for many purposes.

This is good for windows 8, but I can't see the surface taking off like the iPad. This will create more and more pull-through sales of Mac computers, which integrate with all other AAPL products seamlessly, unlike Windows.

  • Apple - A Good Price, Just Not A Value Investment  [View article]
Apple is the only company that can reinvent the wheel and people will actually care. This is why I have a very good feeling about the upcoming Apple TV. Imagine a 1080P or even 4K TV with compatible iTunes content and a 10 terabyte hardrive to store this content and whatever TV programs you choose to. All this integrated with your current devices.

    Apple will make another killing.

  • Apple Is Priced For No Growth  [View article]
The stock is down due to the self-fulfilling prophecies of the technical analysis universe.

The stock is in a downward trend? Oh that must mean it's going to keep going down to some arbitrary support level. This happens until everybody realizes how ridiculous it's getting and then an upward trend is established and sustained by a technical trend until it's overbought, and the cycle repeats.
