LNKD has a forward P/E of 90, FB has a forward P/E of 35. FB has more growth potential and is undervalued based on future earnings. LNKD took off after last quarter's earnings, FB could do the same with good earnings.

It's not a good strategy to short FB ahead of earnings, definitely not at the $26-$27 level. Check out the insider transactions for Facebook. I've never seen a stock with so many large insider sales starting at the inflated IPO price of $38.
