  • The Implication Of Ballmer's Comments For Nokia [View article]
I just wish all the best for Nokia. The phones are great, they should sell ones the word gets out by users. You go Nokia, you deserve a big come-back. And we are ready for the dividend! Employ some more Finns too - that would be great!

  • Teva Pharmaceuticals - Food For Thought [View article]
I don't know what's wrong with me? I have tried and failed so many times with Teva and I promised I would not touch it anymore. Suddenly it showed some movement and in I went and again I am siting with a Teva moving more down or know-where. Option help needed, but they don't even pay!
I still don't get it the company is making money, it is the biggest generic pharma maker and nothing happens.... Last time - I promise!

  • Nokia Fails To Hold Earnings Pop [View article]
Maybe this year is Nokia's & Microsoft's turn to show what they can do. I hear that Microsofts box is going to be a big seller and people don't really know about the Windows phone yet. Nokia is going to come out with it in Apple style (big debut). I sure wish them both all the best and a huge success. That would sort of help making me happy too.

  • Nokia Fails To Hold Earnings Pop [View article]
Hello! Everything went down on Friday (just about)! Why pin this on Nokia. You should have seen how red my account was on Friday?
And it had nothing to do which stocks I owned!
    I hate writings like that.

  • Looking For High Yield In Out-Of-The-Way Places: Business Development Companies [View article]
There is absolutely no reason to be nasty. I do my research mind-you-all - hours and hours of it. I have been investing and researching for 2 decades but I have never seen BDCS MENTIONED BEFORE!
Of course I read Marc's article and thanks Marc I will look into the BDC Buzz to follow him. I did not know that you cannot ask a question here among all-knowers!

  • Buy Telefonica: 11% Dividend Stock Turned Into A Growth Story [View article]
It is funny, with all the possible stocks to buy TEF has it seems, become a must own stock. I really don't understand why? The only reason I am following the price movement is I am in the RED with the stock and had hoped I could get even with it before years end. But that is now out of the question, I think. Because I sold the stock I am stuck with the loss. Maybe it is time to just move on. FTE would maybe be a much better choice. I am also long VIV and hoping the dividend is going to push it up back where it was in the 30'.

  • The Best Way To Invest In Questcor Pharmaceuticals [View article]
I received an alert from Questcor this morning of their filing of the Form 8-K. They are confirming the number of vials shipped for september 2012 and the prescriptions to the extent that they have knowledge of how they are prescribed per indication.
They also confirm a number of lawsuits and assume that more lawsuits are to be expected.

A couple of comments on your article - I don't see why you would go as far as a january 2014 leap. The stock is almost @ 21 and if there are no changes in the sales regardless of Aetna's decision, I don't see why the stock would not be @ $40 by the end of the year, because it seems buyers just cannot stay away. The effect of the lawsuits is going to take years and might not have merits. The company believes that it has a meritorious defense. I am probably going to wait for the next earnings release before I invest heavily, but I see no real change in the sales as the vial shippings seem to add up to previous shippings.

  • Questcor (QCOR -4%) trades lower after United Healthcare's Oxford Policy Update publishes revised Acthar approval timeframes , which limits the use of QCOR's Acthar Gel. [View news story]
    Dear pat45,

I am amazed to read your story even though the news you are replying to might (and I mean might) not be good news for you.
If Acthar is as good as you say that you went from frozen to moving normally after the one week treatment I am putting my trust in Acthar.
How often can/must you take the treatment?
I am so happy for you!

  • Questcor: What's Really Changed? [View article]
I took part in the press conference after the "Aetna incident" and to my surprise I have found out that Aetnas decision was about cases treated with Acthar for indications NOT approved by the FDA. That is why they made the judgement about Acthars efficiency in treating the patients. In a way Aetnas statement is true if these patients were not treated for non-infantile spasm (IS). That is the only indication that has been approved by the FDA. It is used in other indications of course and a physician to my knowledge can choose to prescribe it in other indications even though it is not approved and/or found to be efficient in the indication. I have not seen how the sales of Acthar looks in terms of what indication it has been prescribed for. I asked Questcor for information, but none was provided. You mentioned that it is a first-line treatment in MS! There is already another indication not approved by the FDA. I have not found any information about how rare the non-infantile spasm is or does Questcor actually make most of their sales through treating this indication. I would be very interested to know. I am surprised also of the fact that every prescription and reimbursement of each prescription is handled by Questcor on a daily basis. If the product is selling as well as it is, why go through this laber-intensive procedure for each prescription for a FDA approved treatment that Questcor calls a "treatment of last resort" for many patients. There is something wrong with this concept! If anybody knows the answers to these questions - please let me know!

  • Zynga's Premature Ejection Problem: Earnings Predictably Disappointing [View article]
I happen to be one foolish person who liked to play "Castleville" on FB and I started playing without using any of my own money in the game. If I ran out of energy I would wait till I got more and continue from there. I had no intension of paying for playing at all, but when my friends had to quit playing (at least for some time) i was in trouble because I got no help from anybody. This is when I realized Facebook and Zynga where in trouble with the games. They tried everything to get you to continue and also start other games. I was told that they had lost players and wanted to hold on to those they had, so I just had to ask for stuff to get ahead with my game from Zynga support and I got it. I did at this time use some money in the game (but so little that I did not even think they would want to keep me playing). But they did. They were in terrible trouble with the game programs stalling witch frustrated players to the point that they quit. Stuff disappeared from your inventory and the points did not show actual numbers. If you purchased money it would not show up on your screen, and WOW did you have to work to get it back. I once waited hours on the phone to get to Zyngas account service, that was the only place you could get your money problems solved. At this point I realized that things were not going good and I was sure neither Zynga nor Facebook could be making any money on these games. It was a disaster and I would never go into even trying again.

  • 105 Dividend Champions For July 2012 [View article]
The title for your article was "105 Dividend Champions for July 2012".
Which where the 105? How much do they pay and when?

Can't see any information about that. You just mention a couple and Best Buy that I would not touch with a 100 foot pole.
