  • Apple: Bottom Target Hit, And New All-Time Highs Coming [View article]
we are already at 587.5 today. Hard to believe that we will drop 40 or 50 points in the next several weeks. It's hard to time the market like this, if it is going down to 540 and then to 700, why not just hold on.

long 7 AAPL deep in the money calls.

Why not sell to AAPL? Then AAPL can compete with Google and AAPL can fund YHOO to help it get to the next level.

  • The Real Reason Apple Keeps Going Down [View article]
Innovation does not have to come from within AAPL. They have the a secret weapon that will carry them for years to come: CASH to buy any company that is inovative.

I suggest that they buy NFLX, spend money on buying up lots of quality content, and continue to develop it as best of breed. Perhaps add the ability to buy movies or TV shows for 99 cents without a $7.99 subscription. they can bring NFLX to millions of iOS users. NFLX is best of breed in the video on demand space.

AAPL should buy Dreamworks and Lionsgate and a few media companies. Then spin off the production part, but keep the content library, maybe spend $10 -$12 Billion on content. Then they would make 100% profit when people rent these movies vs 30% with iTunes and APPS.

  • Where Is The Upside In Apple? [View article]
With all of it's cash, watch where AAPL goes from here. They want to provide music service. this will provide a revenue stream, based on their many users and their ownership or management of content.

Watch them move in to the video content business next. With all of their users, they will monitize them, somehow.

RIMM, etc have no cash to grow. But AAPL has tons of cash. They can buy Disney, they can buy whoever they want to buy.
