  • Frac Water - Voraxial Invited To Shale Gas Water Management, Marcellus Initiative 2012

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. (OTCBB: EVTN.OB - News) announced today that the Company will display and demonstrate its line of Voraxial® Separators at the Shale Gas Water Management, Marcellus Initiative 2012 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on March 28-29. The Shale Gas Water Management, Marcellus Initiative 2012 brings together E&P executives, senior decision makers, technical experts and strategic professionals working in the Marcellus to drive forward solutions at every level of water management from sourcing to reuse to treatment, recycling, transportation, storage and disposal.

In addition to the record revenue levels from the produced water industry, EVTN is also seeing an increase in activity from the domestic frac water industry. "As the pace of Marcellus shale gas production continues to develop at an incredible rate in spite of tightening water disposal regulations, there is increasing pressure on operators to re-use water resources for frac operations. Continually evolving regulations combined with water scarcity and high disposal costs mean operators across the Marcellus are keenly adopting innovative strategies, advanced techniques and cutting edge technologies for water re-use and treatment to reduce the costs associated with managing the water resources that are critical to production," as quoted on the event website, www.shale-gas-water-management-2012.com.

With the Voraxial® Separator's many unique benefits, including small footprint, low energy requirements, high separation efficiencies, ease of installation and operation and no pressure drop requirement, the operators can achieve efficient separation in a very cost-effective manner. Additionally, since the Voraxial® is compact, complete turnkey systems can be supplied to treat a variety of fluid streams to reduce the customers treatment cost and increase the separation efficiency. EVTN continues to pursue the oil & gas industry but is also receiving requests for proposals from other industries such as mining, manufacturing and oil spill industries.

EVTN will display various models of its Voraxial® Separator. The Voraxial® 4000 generates 2000 "G" Force, and can handle flow rates ranging from 100-500GPM. EVTN will also showcase its Voraxial® 2000 Separator (flows ranging from 20-60GPM), and Voraxial® 8000 Separator (flows ranging from 1000-4000GPM).

About Enviro Voraxial Technology: EVTN is the developer and manufacturer of the Voraxial® Separator, a unique, patented in-line turbo-separator that provides a cost effective method to efficiently separate large volumes of solids and liquids with different specific gravities and without the need of a pressure drop. The Voraxial® provides highly efficient bulk separation while requiring less space, energy and weight than conventional separators processing the same volume. The Voraxial® is capable of simultaneously separating up to three components, such as oil, water and sand. The Voraxial® can be used as a stand-alone separator or incorporated with other equipment to provide a complete turnkey solution that allows customers to treat a variety of fluid streams while reducing treatment cost and increasing separation efficiency.

The separation market encompasses a series of multibillion dollar segments, spread globally across many industries and applications. EVTN continues to pursue the oil & gas industry but is also processing proposals from other industries such as mining, food processing, manufacturing and oil spill industries. EVTN owns significant IP surrounding the Voraxial® and has new innovations under development. Please see www.evtn.com for additional information.

  • Produced Water - Repeat Sale Made To S.A. Oil Company
Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. announced today that it has received another multi-unit purchase order for its Voraxial® Separators from a South American National oil company. The units were recently shipped.

Following record sales in 2011, EVTN projects accelerated growth in 2012 as evidenced by expanding opportunities with some of the world's largest corporations. (Previous order pictured above)

These Voraxial® Separators will be installed on a FPSO (FPSO is short for Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading) for an offshore produced water application in South America. EVTN previously shipped multiple Voraxial® Separators to this customer in 2011. EVTN believes there is a high potential for multiple repeat orders over the next several years.

"The customer is pleased with the performance of the Voraxial® and has decided to order additional units for its FPSO," stated John A. DiBella, CEO of EVTN. "The Voraxial® offers the oil industry a cost effective method of processing and treating its wastewater, specifically in its ability to process large volume of liquids with less energy, less space and without any pressure loss." (See slideshow of past South American Oil order)

The South American National Oil Company currently processes several hundred thousand barrels of wastewater per day. Produced water comprises over 98% of the total waste volume generated by the oil and gas industry, making it the largest volume waste stream associated with oil and gas production. Oil reservoirs frequently contain large volumes of water and as oil wells mature, the amount of oil produced from the well decreases while the amount of water needed to be treated increases. The efficient separation of oil from produced water and the environmentally responsible treatment of the remaining water are critical processes in the production of oil. EVTN's Voraxial® Separator offers the industry an economical solution to treat this increasing volume of produced water.

Disclosure: I have no positions in any stocks mentioned, but may initiate a long position in OTCQB:EVTN over the next 72 hours.
