Boy oh Boy are you dead wrong about a rebound now...Sorry !!!
Losing 1k on the DOW right AFTER the election should have set off a ton of sell buttons as the manipulation wasn't needed anymore so those took their profits and are running for the hills!!
The House will vote on the unamended Senate bill at 9 PM ET, reports CNN's Dana Bash. Any attempt to alter the bill by adding spending cuts has reportedly been abandoned for now. Update at 9:10: The vote has been pushed back to 11 PM ET. [View news story]
I differ completely and my proof is my budget, everything is more expensive..GAS, FOOD, INSURANCE, TOLLS, ETC..Do you eat out? Are prices rising or portions shrinking?
If the economy is healthy then why did the DOW do a complete 180 2 months ago when the FOMC minutes were released and hinted that QEi might be ending?
Now tell me Europe is healthy as well, or explain why Germany won't get it's gold back for 8 years, not 8 weeks.?
The G20 meetings just ended and i am sure that had an impact, some more consolidation can happen, but long term you better own physical or your in trouble..
Sorry, i just don't agree with this article at all!!
Charts are great for looking back , when you add manipulation by the FED and the TBTF group all bets are off. It's now a guessing game..
I see a race to the bottom coming for the dollar as the G20 was basically a group hug !! imo

I am not sure the author wants to speak about this so i will try to shed some light on it. A few issues have never been proven however the audits of this ETF leave a lot to be desired for one. Additionally J P Morgan uses this ETF to do naked shorts. So if it shorts one ounce the custodian of SLV is suppose to buy that ounce.
It has been stated that they do not, So essentially 2 people own the same ounce. Additionally it seems highly probable that SLV does not have the correct inventory. So if everyone SOLD their shares at the same time the Custodian does not have enough silver to cover it. Hence you will be suing for your money. Kinda like a Ponzi scheme but works as long as you have buyers and sellers.
PSLV is a Canadian firm with much better audits, internal controls, and in the business seems to be on the up and up. I have no direct proof except Eric Sprott making statements that sometimes it takes him months to add a large supply of silver to his fund however SLV seems to have no problem daily.
"The two ETF's that I follow are the GLD and SLV. You must be very careful in trading these vehicles as these funds do not have any beneficial gold or silver behind them. They probably have only paper claims and when the dust settles, on a collapse, there will be countless class action lawsuits trying to recover your lost investment. There is now evidence that the GLD and SLV are paper settling on the comex."
So if the author wants to add anything else, or correct anything i have said i am sure he will. Just do your own due diligence, and look up who the Custodian is who is suppose to be holding all of this silver. You might be surprised!!
I might add i have been following these ETF'S for a few years now and it is my impression something is amiss...imo.
Great article about Tier 1 gold....I have heard this a few months ago but i haven't read one article on it. Some have posted about it though..
Next up for investors will be silver, way undervalued as of now..But it is being manipulated...Looking forward in a year to see what both are valued at.
Hence, Physical is the way to go!!! Store it yourself as you cannot trust anyone today. Plus never in a safe deposit box either!!
After a valiant effort, Mayor Bloomberg has thrown in the towel and cancelled the New York City marathon this weekend because of disruptions caused by superstorm Sandy. City officials had held out hope that the event could still be pulled off, in a demonstration that the city was on the road to recovery. Unfortunately, the logistical nightmare proved to be more than even New Yorkers were equipped to handle on such a short timeline. [View news story]
Guess you know no one on Staten Island.....I do!! No electric....I bet you are a runner, because if you aren't you have your values confused..
People need gas to get there, know of any open gas stations?

Waited waay to long in my opinion. I am from NY and those people in Staten Island can use all the help the sanitation would have used during the race,
Not to mention the extra police who now can be used where looters are starting and maybe restore a little quality of life to those who were affected by the storm..
Kicking those people out of hotels for marathon runners didn't make any sense,,imo

I agree 100% as i dared anyone to show me a chart more bullish than gold has been for the last 10 years. Jealous is more likely the answer..Silver is way overdue to break out as well..
The Mint running out of ASE'S might be the start of the run, unless the naked shorts knock it down !!
This just in. Precious metals (GLD +2.2%), (SLV +2.6%) are sharply higher on the session after a panicky Sunday evening plunge brought both to multi-year lows. Other than dollar weakness (UUP -0.5%) across the board, there's no news in particular - perhaps some satiated bears decided to cover and a trend took hold. [View news story]
Nope, Soros and a bunch of biggies just robbed the vaults at these prices that's all !
Like I have stated many times physical buyers could care less about the daily noise. PATIENCE is all that is needed. In the end the truth of pricing always comes out. Might take years but I have time.

Great points and of course we have discussed this at length in other articles. However if someone hasn't done their homework they just don't get it.
The markets are just around the corner from a correction as well, then those who aren't prepared will be questioning why as well. Owning physical is the best way to own commodities to avoid these types of losses.
Go check the vendors of gold and silver and see what they have to sell. That might wake some up!! I wish no losses on anyone, just would like all to see the macro picture here, and clearly a lot of posters don't!!
