Born in January of 1987, Full time trader since January 2008. Account value up over 500% since then + all my bills and expenses for my wife, step-son and I paid from trading (married since 2011). I only trade in MREITs and BDCs.I do not take a buy and hold approach to investing. I may take a longer term view... but I will not hesitate to trade in and out of positions if the market conditions/fundamentals dictate a change of position. This has been a very effective tool for value generation over time and I plan to continue trading within the BDC/mREIT universe depending on market conditions and other factors in order to preserve + grow value.Disclosure: Anything I write or say on Seeking Alpha should be considered "speculative" and I am never in any way advocating that a person should buy or sell a particular security for any reason at any time.
