  • Ravicher Splitting Vringo's Genes Behind The Scenes? [View article]
Modernist, once again you you write this garbage that makes you look like a complete moron. You should post your articles with Motley Fool, the name certainly fits.

  • Are Zynga's Days Numbered? [View article]
    Hey Michael,

You know what they say about opinions, I think Lufbery makes some very valid points for ZNGA. Sometimes it's better to keep your opinions to yourself they can make you look very foolish. After the earnings report on the 5th there will be a CC and then we will all have a better understanding of in which direction the company is headed.

  • Zynga Fourth Quarter Earnings Preview [View article]
Do you think that ZNGA will go up from hear into earnings or trade sideways until after earnings announcement and CC, and for those of us who don't quite understand all the numbers and what it means to the PPS, do you think that this is a positive for ZNGA or will the market see this as a negative,

  • Inside Vringo's Stock Trading Plan [View article]

This is a good reminder for people who may have forgot, but the fact is the pps has already been above the 4.25 price after this selling range had been set and believe me there definitely was some insider selling. I don't know how long you have been following this case but I can tell you this, I have owned shares with this company since May and I know for a fact that some insider selling did in fact happen when the share price surpassed the 4.25 mark. Just saying, I also know that some of the same people who have sold some shares also hold a substantial amount right now. Just wanted to clarify your point. I am long VRNG and I do believe that this company has a substantial upside. VRNG longs will not be disappointed IMHO.

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Value In The Jury's Mistake [View article]
Congrats on a very well written article PTSD Trader. IMO this is the best article to date which takes nothing away from SteveKimLaw. Although PTSD is long VRNG, this article is not biased, it simply states the facts of the case which is a lot more than I can say for Dan Ravicher who is completely one sided in his views. The man is supposed to be a patent expert, he couldn't even polish Don Stout's shoes. He is the real patent expert. To all the longs, do not sell your shares based on garbage written by the likes of Ravicher and Modernist who just agrees with anything that Ravicher writes. We will all be rewarded handsomely for hanging on and seeing this case through to the end. Good luck to all longs, go Vringo.

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Trial Is Over.. Now What? [View article]
    Alan Brochstein,

You had mentioned in a previous comment about EDVA , specifically the VA standing for Virginia. Think about the name as a whole EDVACOURT. Eastern District Virginia Court.

  • Vringo: The Fallacy Of Impatience [View article]
With all do respect modernist, you should probably keep your comments to yourself since you do not know what you are talking about, you hide behind some fictitious name if you had any respect for yourself you would put your own name on your comments and, or articles. As for the article itself, very well written. I could not have said it better myself.

  • Vringo Vs. Google: A Mid-Trial Report [View article]
Too all the longs out there, Steve is the man. He has giving us his most professional and unbiased insight on how this case is going. I think that I can speak for almost everyone on this board about how much we respect your intellect and your very well written articles. As for the modernist which I have absolutely know respect for, he has to hide behind an alias. He is not even man enough to put his own name on the trash that he writes. Keep up the great work Steve, see you in the winner's circle.

Thank you for your analysis, but can you help to clarify for us non-lawer types, is this good or bad news for VRNG. How does this change a possible settlement or do you think that GOOG will want to go to trial.
