It appears that you forgot to include the 8-K link, or provide where you make your assumption from, other than a curious spike in volume.

We get it. Your repeated argument and same forms to look at have been discussed. You have been found wanting and your motives suspect. Now go on home boy, I've grown tired of it.

Anyone else want to talk about Patent Application # 61754993 and its monetization capabilities? After all, we do need to fund all those shares the officers/directors have at their disposal.

Civil discourse always trumps the single mindedness of the destroyers, especially one on a stock at .28. Don't fall into their trap of repeating the same argument.

Un)Fortunately, I've become bored with the stalwarts of business. I made money on M/A with CLW & S, housing play with JHX & PHM, and finally anti trust play with InBEV & STZ. I am currently in a position with VRNG/patent litigation and ONVO/speculative future, and am now watching WDDD and MIMV. My taste for risk/reward stocks seem to be leaning towards the risk side and I feel this is the only way to satiate my need for knowledge and information, so I do appreciate your insights here and hope you do write more. Thanks for letting me share, I to am close to taking a position.

MIMV came across my radar while searching for companies that have filed for patents in the mobile app arena. My next stop is to SA to check the public opinion and I find this article(well written and informative)but by the time I got through the comments I felt that I needed a shower. I have never been to Ihub but if this is what's there, you can keep it.

Looking forward to next weeks article, maybe something on the LaunchPad or its licensing agreement with Primovi would be interesting. Btw, I don't mind an article that leads into something else, I find it a smart way to be read.
