I would like to leave the feedback to your business as I have tried to make a purchase on Brown Moto Leather jacket $250 on couple weeks ago. They were unsuccessful.
First time I used my international credit card that authorized to spend while I'm in USA but couldn't manage to get the statement from my country and fax them to you within couple day as your request. Then I'm still obsess with the item and tried to make a purchase second time with US debit card . I passed the process of verifying my phone number < finally > and shipping address.
Unfortunately, I was informed on the day that i supposed to get tracking number that there were a mistake on your inventory changes. Therefore, the item will be automatically canceled !!! Sorry+Bye! How could that mistake happen on me? I was day dreaming of wearing this leather jacket but here I was so sad and upset as I really love this jacket and surely I am not the only one. This jacket made girls space out!! I found so much difficulty of making a purchase from the website. But I wouldn't mind to try one more time if you could continue the item on back order. Beside checking my email everyday, I check your website in case of the item comes back. How desperate.
Anyway, If I choose to pay by paypal, would it be easier/ be confirm to get the item? Do you have plan to continue this item?
I really wish you would. Please let me know if it could be information for values shopper. Above all, I try to understand that sometime a mistake could happen in business but just want to leave the customer perspective for information to your business progress.
