    I think it is also worth noting when it comes to GME that consumers are increasingly utilizing a direct-download method of acquiring content. It's a boon for publishers because the incremental costs of packaging and shipping a disk are much higher than the direct download method. Furthermore, GME doesn't own any of the content it sells. This direct-download model bypasses GME's retail model altogether and leaves them in their current spot - offering special incentives for consumers who pre-order games.

    I'm short GME because I don't see a way for them to recoup losses the whole brick-and-mortar video game retail industry is experiencing. Reselling used games and electronics is also a dwindling prospect, IMO.
