Another Crisis Looms Right Around the Corner [View article]
I find this article and the comments humorous. The last sentence of the article I like, the first sentence bothers me. If my job entailed that I cry wolf everytime I heard a whisper and I considered that to be an important source of my income, I would run to grandma's house, don't walk. The most important function everybody in the world has is to take a shit, it applies to presidents and dictators alike, just goes to show, assholes do rule the world!

I have to agree with Mark, he sums it up pretty well. If the energy we expend is equal to the number of the people who expound dooms day at the speed of light we have an explosion of doubt, so lets implore the masses to expend the effort to be divided into the culture of success and see if the naysayers disappear faster than they showed up. If I had Marks address, I would sent him a choo-choo for Christmas.

The profitability of SW as I see it, is the 737 platform that has been used for as long as I can remember, one type of plane means spare parts can be minimized and the knowledge base of all involved can be focused lowering overhead. As an employee of Braniff/Dalfort we worked on a variety of aircraft types for SW, FedEx, UPS and many others, if you have to take the time to familiarize yourself with procedures, and you do, it's not time waisted just time not well spent.

I know ya'll make a living, somehow, commenting on the global perspective of profit and loss, I no longer buy anything made in China. I look on the label, made in Bangladesh(sp) maybe. I was just on the Justin boot web site and at the bottom it said, a Berkshire Hathaway company, instead of looking for a label that says, Made in USA, I guess I should be looking for the, Berkshire Hathaway, label.

Me to, notsosmart, in the past few years we banked on Andy of Mayberry scenarios, can't blame the bankers, then we fell off the turnip truck onto the Sands of Iwo Jima. People started to spook like the Simple Simons they are and started heading for the cliffs like lemmings. Indians used that ploy on the buffalo, remember. I admire ol' Warren because he saw so many idiots straddling the barb wire fence, lunging back and forth to escape, they lost their gonads, he saw a fence stradling competition coming up and jumped, right or wrong, he made the leap of faith it will take to keep this country solvent.
Whitney Gets Bearish: Will She Be Right Again? [View article]
Whitney who? I had no idea, when I went to Walmart the other day, go once or twice a year just to get a chance to lock my truck, I stared at the big screen TV's wondering what do I need with one of those. Just figured it out, I need a constant feed from Whitney using her intuition, can't figure it out, philosophy. I'm thinking Warren has one.
Meredith Whitney: 'I Haven't Been This Bearish in a Year' [View article]
Meridith who? Before you consider your post on options, you consider the post on which stud to use in your ears, and how many collars would be deemed appropriate around your neck, I need no advice or advanced warning on the prospects of security from a source such as this. First consider the weave of the sack to put over your head, you need a coarser weave if you expect to breathe.
China: Consequences of the Sleeping Lion Awakened [View article]
Went to Walmart yesterday, normally don't do that, hate being around that many morons in one spot, Dickies jackets, nice, on sale 24 dollars, made in China. Didn't buy one. I am on a mission, I will not buy anything made in China, Bangladesh, OK, I am but one man, but in my own feable mind, I will make a difference.
Look, nothing personal, yet it is, I read this article yesterday, I know what I want for breakfast, probably the same thing, but that is my choice, if I want to read yesterdays news again today, and I don't, you need to refresh something here, somebody take charge or I will.

If Leonardo had been looking to get rich he would not have painted Mona Lisa. Profit is equal to the ignorance of the masses exchanging misinformation at the speed of light squared, pull the rabbit out of the empty hat and listen to the awwwwwwwwws. Watch Buffett as he rides by on his own track, grinning, going woooooooooooo, woooooooooooooooo!
I had to fast forward through the article, tell me something I don't know. I can speed read if I need to. I have doubled my assets in the last year, but I have tripled my debt, you do the math, I don't have time. I haven't balanced my check book in 30 years, I don't worry about it, the bank will warn me if I overdraft, then I will have to drag the rabbit out of the hat. Martin Kudrak, Chechoslovokian, son of Borman, warned me in '98 that the Euro was going to be worth more than the dollar and we would become a service society, typical Okie that I am I argued, bullshit. He built the first remote controlled lawn mower I ever saw and the computer I bought from him had autocad of the space shuttle, which I deleted, slowed the computer. Long story short, he was right, he gave me a formula to cut an 18 inch radius with a 6 inch flycutter, ain't possible yet it is. This recession will approximate a depression appearances are deceiving, cat in the hat, don't look back, look up.
