Advocates to Repeal Sarbanes-Oxley Forget Its Origins

I have had a very active practice in the past 5 years working with companies to comply with SOX. It has been over 35 years since I passed the CPA exam.

There are more people in the smaller companies committing fraud than those in major organizations. It is time that the SEC and the PCAOB got serious about enforcement.
