    Ben,

    Nice write-up, thanks.

    Like many, I also have concerns, mainly pacemaker interference. Does the Co. have a timeline for approval? Has it (approval) been applied for? Any prior presidence for approval times? Do FCC rules apply to China? Thanks in advance.

    Correction;

    I should note that AVCVF is only the N. American distributor and possible future vanadium supplier to German Gildemeister, ( http://bit.ly/UGJpTY )which owns the IP, which Gildemeister is a subsidiary of machine tool maker Mori Seiki ( http://bit.ly/UGJo2c )

    John,
    I've been a long time follower of AXPW and ZBB and believe each has great long term possibilities in their own fields, transportation & grid storage, respectively. I also follow American Vanadium (OTCQX:AVCVF) and wonder why you wouldn't mention their tech, vavadium redox flow battery for grid storage. It is my belief that grid storage is the next big thing in energy, (outside LNG exports), that must evolve to keep green energy alive. Do you have an opinion on AVCVF? Thanks.

    Stockgumshoe dot com has a great blog involving BNIKF. It does however have a small fee. Travis may pick up the tab, if not, I would.

    You're leaving? That's horrible news. Will have to follow you somehow, seeing as you are THE solid source of Beni.

    Best of luck to ya, where ever you go.

    SPEX, seems to be the better patent play in the IP field.
    Just filed against Verizon also. Probably won't see $27 again for atleast a few yrs as lawsuits take time. Hopeing they keep filing those suits.
