    KQ - Thanks for your advocacy for what I agree is a transformative company. Wondering if last week's equity offering surprised you? I think the market was expecting that the convertible deal had the balance sheet in shape and that the company was capitalized to execute. This secondary caught me off guard and I wonder if the market can trust that there won't be additional dilutive events before she starts cash-flowing...

    Would also like to point out from a stock action point of view that for a traditionally high beta name SZYM has shrugged off the recent market action...they just can't sell it no matter how hard they try.
