Any thoughts on chinese companies specialized in water-infrastructure (purification/transpor... etc.) ? This seems to be the biggest challenge for the country

by that i mean, take for instance DXO : DXO was well below 4 at a time when the oil price wasn't even at its lowest. A few days ago, oil hit its 52 week low, and still DXO traded above 4...
