    Just recently I read somewhere that AAPL has ordered a very big quantity of large LCD displays from LG. Looks like they are indeed planning to get into TV business.

    If I had to bet on the price hike of gas later in the year, I would rather by Gazprom. In any case, looking at the diminishing oil price, it is rather safe to say the gas price might pick up only in the beginning of next year.

    I don't think that Russia is going back to the prewar position thanks to any diplomatic pressure. Russia has made its objectives very clear from the moment the South Ossetia offensive started by Georgia.
