    APP has more brand caché.

    APP has much better operating margins.

    APP is burning cash at a much slower rate than RSH.

    APP has positive return on equity and is expected to have much greater quarterly EPS going forward than RSH.

    APP is a mess but not quite the mess that RSH is.
