My name is Daniel Santini. I was born in São Paulo, Brazil. I grew up in Campinas City and attended the Catolic University of Law,graduating in 1993. I finish my master in constitucional Law in 2001. I grew interested in trading in 2002. In hindsight, this represented a critical turning point in my life. The challenge of climbing the corporate ladder had lost its attraction, and so I knew I wanted something else. Trading seemed an ideal pursuit, based on my finance background, knack for analysis, wanting to control my career & financial future, as well as my inspiration to find an alternative to corporate life. I drew up my first trading plan that same year, and set out to learn the industry through a series of carefully chosen books and seminars. I subsequently took a break from trading after twice busting my account. I allowed myself 7 months to figure out what went wrong, while continuing to follow the markets, do my research, and paper trade. I now had the capital to shift into the trading career to which I had aspired for years! I love my new lifestyle. My Trading philosophy. My trading philosophy is based on the four principles of Edge, Manage Risk, Be Consistent, and Keep it Simple. I adamantly believe that psychology is the key to success as a trader, but not the only factor. I only trade US stocks, mainly intra-day, with a tight approach, using technical analysis including EMAs, MACD lines & histogram, and the Impulse System.I specialize in certain sectors for the same reason – to get to know their personalities. “Trading is simple, but it is not easy.” Specialties: Simple Trade. My trading philosophy is based on the four principles of Edge, Manage Risk, Be Consistent, and Keep it Simple.
