Haven't read the Merger Agreement but if MARA is able to obtain the $6MM financing and issues 7MM shares to close the merger we could easily see it's pps to drop to $0.25 ish (50% drop approx.). Currently no revenues and in the short run it seems highly unlikely that the company will be able to generate any revenues, or even if it does it is very difficult to quantify them beforehand. Add to this a quarterly cash burn of $1.5-$2MM approx. or more. Interesting patents portfolio though. Might consider getting in at $0.15 levels or so if there are no revenues announcements before or once the deal closes.

LOL. Agreed, but I'm not here to wait for a resolution. I'm here to sell on the hype as soon a there's an unexpected verdict from JJ, i.e.: 5%-7% RR's. As things stand now, I believe the market is pricing in a sort of expected value of RR's using 3.5%. I know I'm trading on a binary event and there's no strategy behind it but that's what many of us are here for. Once the hype ends, GOOG file appeals, shorts re-establish their positions, and there are no news, then it would be time to get back in... and expect another hype from MSFT and ZTE settlement rumours to sell again, and so on. I'm long but not a long-term long, not until I understand management's long term vision of how will they monetize their patents and generate a sustainable revenue stream besides litigation proceeds. But don't get me wrong, I do believe that Vringo has an excellent team and they will succeed.

        Hello Trexia,

Would you please share with us your price target if JJ gives 7% RR? I would love to see shorts burn but I wonder why some people suggest that there are enough shares outstanding and warrants for shorts to cover their positions. In addition, they suggest that there will be plenty of insider selling that will increase the availability of stocks in the market. What do you think?

Thanks!
