To start off, Apple is a great company that said. Now however let's look at what Apple dose not have! The equipment for heavy radio users, there phones - touch pad and other parts are missing the key element " the Chips" to run these ideas of radio and most heavy streaming. Battery life and it cannot win anything without the power saving chips that only (NXPI) has. Apple is being hard headed over the Samsung case. Apple wants everyone to pay for their bad handling of patents. Apple needs to come in line with everyone or they will lose big time in this type of market. Apple cannot touch Sirius XM at all. And Pandora has a giant jump over Apple that will take years to catch up. Now think why was Apple was so slow to the idea of radio on there phones? They are a computer company as per the FCC doc shows. Everything they do must be approved by the FCC first do the fact they are not a phone company. Now the bad part! Liberty needs to hold onto Mel for one year after the take over other wise Sirius could stall and founder in the spin off. XM most likely will be sold back to the BRITS. Mel is the key player and he holds the cards and I don't care how much money Liberty has.

One should use caution at this point. The price of Siri has moved to fast. I have own Siri a long time and I have learned to pay close attention to a lot of these writers.
