Years ago (early to mid 90's), I was a regular (and poorly disciplined) investor of stocks and commodities.
Now, I'm not as active of a trader, but, with the help of my broker and sites like Seeking Alpha, I'm a much more disciplined and diversified investors, trading in stocks, muni bonds, mutual funds, unit trusts, and REITs. It's been interesting to learn about the other investment vehicles as well as industries I wouldn't have traded in historically.
I guess with age comes wisdom (or I sure hope it does).
