You can't compare HTC 8X with Lumia 920. Lumia 920 is better by all specs: camera, screen, battery, built in memoty, wireless charging, nokia maps, free music...Lumia 920 is beautiful phone, I tryed it yestarday it feels so comfortable in hand. Personally I would prefer even Lumia 820 but not HTC.

  • AT&T is offering Nokia's (NOK -5.4%) Lumia 920 for $450 without contract, a figure that suggests Nokia's unsubsidized pricing for the device is fairly aggressive - the 16GB iPhone 5, by comparison, goes for $649 without contract, and Samsung's Galaxy S III sells for $549. That pricing is a likely reason why AT&T is comfortable offering the 920 for $100 with a 2-year contract. [View news story]
It's a great decision for Nokia. Many people were dissapointed with AT&T eclusivity but with such a price it's so easy to buy with cash and unlock it. Even it's more expensive in Canada ($550 without contract) I'm going to buy Lumia 920 for my wife and myself.

  • AT&T (T) will sell Nokia's (NOK) Lumia 920 and 820 for $100 and $50 apiece with contracts. The 920's price (like that of the Lumia 900) undercuts the iPhone and many high-end Android models, but is only par with AT&T's pricing for HTC's Windows Phone 8X. Reviews for the 920 (I, II, III) have been positive, but not glowing. Much will come down to the extent consumers embrace a UI that's radically different from Android and iOS, and are willing to accept a smaller app ecosystem. [View news story]
Lumia 920 is amaizing and the most innovative phone by now. it's not light but it feels very comfortable in hand. It's heavier because it's better in all aspects: better battery, bigger screen, camera with optical image stabilization, wireless charging, the body that protected against scratches. Come on it has the same weight as Galaxy Note but Note is bigger, looks funny and requires cover otherwise it will be scruched very soon so i makes it even heavier.

  • Why Apple Doesn't Care About Its Competition [View article]
Some consumers are ready to by Apple product regardless how good it is. But it's gonna change soon. My friend always told me how great apple's products are, but he was not impressed with iphone 5. Windows 8 is like a fresh air, it's new, it's perfect for work and intertainment and it's just beautiful. Apple as a brand is still strong but not sure about the future.

  • Why Nokia Didn't Make A Mistake By Giving AT&T 'Exclusivity' [View article]
    Good article.
Just want to mention that Samsung also had exclusive models before. For example in Canada international Galaxy S was exclusive to Bell. Rogers and Telus had Galaxy S but it looked different with slightly different features. When Galaxy S2 was released itwas also Bell exclusive. Again a liitle later Rogers and Telus had modified versions. And only staring with Galaxy S3 there was no exclusivity in Canada. So it's clear that exclusiovity it's a carriers demand. So if you want strong sales you nedd carrier's support. I beleive that Nokia Lumia phones will be a great sucess and the wount be exclusivity in the future.
