Precisely. Additionally, Hawthorne's salary is not that great, but he accepted the job - with the huge stock opportunity, as he knew it will succeed. He & they have accomplished a lot in short time as per the last CC. Getting ready for the next CC.

Also: "**Edit - While I was writing this, RxR did exactly as I stated he would. Shorts are like clockwork**"

My oh my, how fast Mr. Ricky came back out of the cavern.

Those who live in the past loose, and old positive-only-speaking mgt. cannot be compared to the new conservative reporting by Hawthorne. Under promise/over deliver. Short all you want then! ROFL.

You are full of old news for a motive. Funny, that's what they said about Henry Ford, Edison, Bell, Tesla(both), etc.

Try again, & again - I'm sure you will.

"If you find it fun to invest in stocks like this, then that's your prerogative, but don't be surprised when the company doesn't make the progress that you hoped it would, and the stock falls as a result."

Or if the company is making GREAT progress as per last CC & all that is expected/hoped on the next one - it's price may fall regardless, with the help of articles such as this this and RxR's last erroneous short attempt.

Sorry, not a hit piece this time.

    Two words Richard: Say what?

Hindsight is fun, as you gladly pointed out to me. So glad I didn't get shaken out of the Uni-Pixel tree. There's no business like show business.

Great buysider! Hoping so. We need a good dose of maximum positive surprise/effect.

If all shorts will not cover yet, believing this opinion article, and we get great news, then I will get along just fine with the shorts.

Additionally, I will even thank them for providing the booster rockets after the launch.

Thanks Rich. You evaded my points & bashed the messenger/character. That's what they teach when can't answer correctly.

I took a break from reading controlling hatchet articles for awhile. Had some time to read the continuing saga in your short story work. Mr. Killion got the boat up & sailing with a hard journey in choppy seas, but he had to pass the helm to a more expertised captain. At least it wasn't a shipwreck, like you are hoping for, even though it hit a few short coral reefs as it worked its way thru the kelp of the Sargasso Sea areas.

True, this stock got beaten up more than I ever would have thought, then castrated with every slight delay. Now, let's look at your past piece & blogs about your future predictions back then in the day. Hindsight is fun isn't it? Nevermind.

Ok, you shorts had your fun. Now it is time to bring back my BOOMbox.

I am now more confident in my prediction thanks to you. You see old chum, the previous short articles by various authors including yourself, were hitting when it was after or between CC's &/or prior/on opt-exp days. This piece is prior to a CC, not after, & prior to opt-esp time. You state that your position possibly is short. If you were thinking the CC will be a failure, you would release this after the CC to double frighten and now, you would want it to rise prior to the CC to short more probably, then cover later when really lower. You must be really worried about this one.

I will have to re-insert my foot back in my mouth if this CC is not much better. But I am not fearful, as with all deductive reasoning on their laser focus. Therefore, I now do proclaim - BOOM! - UNXL #1. There, I did it. Ka-BOOM go the shorters! I did again. And a BOOM, & a Booya like a rocket! LOL

I bet up - like rocket.
You bet- falls like a rock.

Simple. That is all there is to discuss until after the CC. Ciao.

Excellent (again) buysider2. This author will only spout slanted hearsay & opinions by a connection, then twists the info to build a false claim that UNXL will be delayed again, based on his timetable(not UNXL's) of shorts dirty laundry.

Then he says, as if with authority, that "There won't be any definitive guidance on June 25 either, except admission of failure to start production, that is, another delay." However, UNXL had said, 2nd HALF of 2014. And it's a guess by all as to what will be revealed in the CC.

So now it appears R x R has seen & heard Hawthorne practicing his CC speech in front of a mirror, to be able to say that with such confidence.... 3 weeks AFTER his only form of support was received. And 3 weeks is a long time in the product ramp-up world, especially after they had narrowed down issues, and focusing on the 7".

I am hoping the guidance will indicate that there will be no more distorting, greedy shorts left in the 2nd half of 2014. Thanks again bysider2, and to all other great posters defending reality.

I would like to stress that there is a great play on words on most of this article, where the un-provided sources of "information" is just enough to be somewhat true when taken out of context, then add whatever. Rinse & repeat.

June 25 = don't miss this CC please, RxR. I ride with what Sagamore, & Buysider have stated.
    Booyah.

  • UniPixel settles patent suit with CIT [View news story]
Keep on trying to bash & stretch it still John. As per the CC, you know that they just got equip. & testers in within the last several months/weeks(not years) and are only working on perfecting the yields after just being able to know where to adjust all.

The shorts search for various forms ammo is being reduced quickly. CIT over with. Next.

The shorts have even less ammo to twist now, as all figured all along. Nice of UNXL to drop their US suit against CIT. ;)

  • Inquiry To Kodak Reveals Bullish Outlook On Uni-Pixel [View article]
Good Greenfire. Yes, Gloria certainly has enlightened us with that statement of "People on SA does know more than Kodak engineer otherwise they would have been producing it." Maybe she could start a new tech development co. with a group of experts from here & do R&D, facilities, equipment, financing, securing big ticket partners & plenty of sales, while at the same time mass producing a quality new high tech disruptive product & process, within a year or so.

Every new ramp-up production company has had delays, & always will. Fact of life, it happens to the best. Hope to see that new company of hers at the next Oppenheimer conference session... within a year.

  • Despite Risks, Gold Bulls Can Rely On Allied Nevada [View article]
PS: I hope they don't sell to China!...this country is being bought up by too many other countries, & I don't like the idea of China owning our natural resources too.

Next thing ya know foreigners might start owning motels & convenience stores...haha.

  • Despite Risks, Gold Bulls Can Rely On Allied Nevada [View article]
I don't think that the (gold) dust hast settled yet on the Chinese buyout offer, real or fake. I have no idea if was a legit offer or not, other than what I have been trying to quickly research. Many say it is the way the Chinese do business when wanting to buy a company, not doing the SEC forms & the American process of courting a candidate. The still climbing PPS makes it look as if people are still expecting a re-submitted offer or even another company's offer. Who knows.

I saw this "news" the other day & it looks like the Chinese want to own gold miners...they must count on gold prices to go up &/or want the security of raw gold for future economics:

"China group closes in on $5B+ Glencore mine - report. A Chinese consortium could reportedly be set to acquire Glencore Xstrata's (OTCPK:GLCNF, OTCPK:GLNCY) Las Bambas copper mine in Peru, setting up a $5B-plus takeover that would be one of the largest foreign acquisitions by a Chinese company. A group comprising affiliates of state-controlled China Minmetals, Citic Group and Guoxin Group is the only bidder left in an auction that Glencore had agreed to run to win China's approval for its takeover of Xstrata."
