For 20 years, he has worked as an investment banker and M&A advisor to several transactions with an emphasis on Software, IT Services and Digital Media companies and has completed over $8.6 billion in transactions.
Prior to founding Generation Equity Advisors, he was a Senior Vice President for B. Riley & Co.
