I was born in 1938 and retired in 2001. When I was 16 I was a shotgun guard for a moonshine run, went in the army, attended UNC for a year and a half, ran a delivery service, operated a gas station, was the biggest seller of beer in Chapel Hill, ran country stores, delivered newspapers, became a county commissioner, operated a big hardware store and a lumberyard. Got in the stock market in march 2009, when I figured it had got as low as it would go.
