      I don't see the problem with Sprint Nextel. They are making the changes to their company, web site, product pro, and network that will add to their bottom line. All they need to do is market to their strengths, not try to jump on the "Leading Independent Research Firm" lie like Cingular and T-Mo. Sprint Nextel is still adding customers, and still making more profit then any other carrier. So there is no need to look down at them just yet.

      Qualcomm really needs to stop pushing their royalties down every carrier and vendors throats. Qualcomm has a market in the US because of Sprint. They have been very loyal to CDMA. It is not like WiMax is going to replace the CDMA/EV-DO network.

      So relax Qualcomm!! Ease up on the royalties before every company on earth hates you.       Oct 26 05:22 PM

      The "ONLY" problem Sprint has right now is network density. Verizon and Cingular both have dense networks due to the fact that they use 800Mhz. And they include their roaming coverage into their maps. Sprint's coverage maps show six different colors making coverage look spotty. If Sprint would include their new Alltel voice and data roaming coverage already, then they would not have any problems adding customers.
      Cingular is by far the worst carrier out in the US. They have the lowest JD Power and Customer Reports ratings, but they add customers because of procieved network size.

      Sprint is leading in so many ways, but they have to do something about their coverage. Buy Alltel if they need to, but this is the only flaw I see in them.       Aug 02 08:55 PM
