DG, on reflection I seem to have a vague memory of asking APGI about use of propane instead of NG in their dual fuel system and was advised it was limited to NG. Regardless, I will put the question to APGI again. A recent PR (http://bit.ly/1yzlovt) contained statements that raise (in my mind) questions about limitation of the system to diesel-NG. In particular, that PR includes text reading, "For example , due to expanding emission restrictions, there is an abundance of flared and wellhead gas that needs to be conditioned and utilized. Over 65% of APG’s
current oil and gas dual fuel conversions operate on conditioned field gas that is at a fraction of the cost compared to a public natural gas pump price."

Field gas conditioning that I am familiar with might remove CO2 and "condensates" (NGLs) from wellhead flow streams. But stripping out ethane, propane, butane, water vapor, etc.?

FWIW, in addition to holding CPST for reasons similar to those voiced (SH, MJ) I hold speculative position in APGI (American Power Group).

APGI manufactures kits for adaption of diesel engines to dual fuel diesel-NG without disturbing engine OEM warranties. Uptake of product(s) is broadening and accelerating, but through its latest quarter company had yet to show a profit. Annual report for fiscal year ending September 30 expected in three-four weeks.

    Thanks, doc.

Another link to Ebola antiviral trials (no paywall) - http://bit.ly/1u6tWsY

    Interesting tidbit.

"Fujifilm's antiviral, which halts viral gene replication, has already been used to successfully treat four Ebola patients, spurring new studies of the antibody cocktail and a plan to gain an emergency approval sometime next year. The treatment is already approved in Japan and is in the final stages of gaining an approval as a flu therapy in the U.S."

Thanks for sharing your perspective, WT. While expecting some retrace in price to lower levels following a potential short squeeze today, I had not given much thought to extent of anticipated retrace. I expect the retrace will be affected to some extent by "buy the rumor, sell the news" psychology with management suggesting (earnings cc) likely European approval of Contrave in December.

Also sold OREX today after reading about short interest scope, possible positive market response to healthcare conference presentation(s) and potential for short covering. Exited profitably, but not at 20% return :-).

    Thoughts on attractive re-entry price?

:-) Read the quiz questions and found all but three ambiguous due to excessive simplicity. Resulting "maybe" responses evaluated as conservative centrist.

"... I am sure they have received bonus, promotions and pay raises based upon the 400 million previously that was not a loss. It probably helped them pass stress tests too. "

hmmmm. That reads like it contains the nucleus of a regulatory/statutory idea I might support. Level the playing fields for shareholders a bit by levying regulatory fines on top managers and boards instead of shareholders, perhaps with extra weighting for board compensation committee members in apportioning fine shares.

Don't think so, DG. As I read the article, reliance on a single, common "best (current) practice placebo" group is contemplated for comparison against multiple individual test groups treated with a single prospective pharma regime (individual compound or perhaps a combination protocol).
