"Our renewal rate during the quarter was close to 98% continuing a three-year trend of quarterly renewal rates at or above 95%. We also saw a significant contribution from upsells during the quarter and full-year 2012, representing 32% and 30% of our annual contract value signed in each respective period."
How do you reconcile these stats with all the negative reviews from your independent checks and on http://bit.ly/WS0EuF?
