From the start of the dot com boom to 2003 Edo Amin was a columnist for leading print publications in Israel, including Ha'aretz daily newspaper, Globes financial daily and The Marker magazine (co-owned by TheStreet.com). Amin was the first journalist worldwide to discover ICQ (the first IM application, later sold to AOL for $480m). A product designer, Edo Amin lives near San Francisco and does not currently work in investment, banking or news media.
