Todd Sullivan's article caught my attention because I'm a Sprint subscriber who is fast approaching the end of my contract and I've been thinking a lot about what I'm going to do. Along with exceedingly poor customer service, Sprint has also the worst dropped call record. In my travels I often go by car or train and I generally experience a rash of dropped calls. And lastly, I resent the way that Sprint tries to add a year to my contract everytime I try to do something to make my cellular experience more appealing. So Sprint execs, if you're listening, you've got approximately six weeks to do something exceptional to persuade me to renew - otherwise I'm gone! Jan 22 10:16 AM
