Why Now is the Zinc Miners' Turn to Shine

Those comments by Coxe (who ever he is) are great, but what does he base his cycle scenario on --- where is the history or other evidence to support his position? I am a novice metals investor, but it certainly looks to me like ALL of the metals (and most other commodities including oil) have topped out. And so have their associated stock prices.

If I tell you I'm certain that the cycle has 11 stages rather than 3 will you believe me???
