    And how much of the 2008 stimulus is left 'not spent'?
    He should extend the tax cuts across the board [as JFK did] and place a 2 year moratorium on the minimum wage laws.

    If an unemployed applicant is hired at $2, $3, $4, or $5 an hour, they can prove that they are worth the $7, $8, $9, $10 an hour and more.
    If Not hired, 'minimum wages' mean nothing.
