A lot of China RTOs have sharebuy back programs announced but none of them really buy back shares even with so much cash and the stock is at such valuation. That's their best defense weapon to shorts but why they don't use it? Think... RED FLAG!

The fraud in GFRE might be as big as CCME! You are unable to count the buses of CCME, so as you can't really count 'bromine'! A short point it out loud and clear to me - just look at their inventory turn and see how fast they can turn it, i.e. see how much inventory they have got and how much money they can make from it!!! None of other similar companies and chemical companies can do that. This business is better than CCME!

Thank you for your insights. If the management don't lie about the numbers, everything seems very good. Have you do any checking to make sure they are not a fraud like other China RTO?

I notice the depreciation charges is less than 10% of the revenue, which I think is too conservative for a drilling business (asset heavy). How do you come out with the depreciation rate? This is worrying esp when capex is so high and yet depreciation is so low.

I am also long NEP but just for discussion. Let's use 2013 as example, do you think a capex of $47 million really can generate an extra income of $67 million in 2014? That would be ROIC of 142%. Don't you think the estimation is too aggressive?

Of course NEP is cheap even without those growth but with current sentiment on China stocks, we don't know how real NEP numbers are and we also don't know long we need to wait for the valuation to catch up to the intrinsic value.

Will you change 180 degrees again tomorrow and long CCME?

Is profitability more important or "Exclusive License"?

Is money in the bank account more important or "National Prizes"?

"He is not rich because he drives a small car or his socks has a hole" are not good and strong points... work harder...

LOL, This is CCME (China Media Express), not USME (US Media Express). This is why following short sellers are so interesting because they can be so creative.

Short seller will attack if a company doesn't have any institutional investors because that means institutional investors doesn't like them. Short seller is "right".

So company try to find some institutional investors, but short seller will attack the company again for selling the shares too "cheap" to institutional investors because that means management think their company doesn't worth that much. Short seller is "right".

So the management change plan and try to sell their own shares cheaply instead and short seller will attack them again by saying the founder trying to flee the company. Short seller is "right".

If everything is right, nothing can be right.

Someone bring a lemon and tell you, "Hey, your orange is not an orange because it didn't look like my lemon". If it is a lemon, of course it doesn't look like an orange!

    1. lemon spreadsheet

    2. If you cannot trust the signature of Deliotte, how come you are willing to trust a "yes" from management?

    3. lemon fact

    4. lemon fact

    5. refer to 2. If you cannot trust the independant auditor, how come you are willing to trust a Lenovo and Coke?

Even if CCME management is hardworking enough to work on Chinese New Year, collecting information and proves from government officers, suppliers, customers and everyone else are difficult because they are in holiday!!!

    Your reasoning is ludicrous.
