  • Liberty Media (LMCA +0.5%), so tantalizing close to controlling Sirius XM Radio (SIRI +1.4%) that it can smell it, has analysts buzzing over the potential of mixing in Sirius to its existing stable of businesses. Though the company has stakes in Barnes & Noble, concert player Live Nation, and cable TV company Discover Communications - it's best known for structuring complicated tax-advantaged deals. What does LMCA have up its sleeve? [View news story]
I believe you have a point. (poe1raven) Always thought Siri would do well for investors. I'm a little nervous with my investment right now. Liberty's intentions is not for Sirrius investors. Don't think it will go much higher. I will exit and sit on the sidelines for awhile. Best of luck to all. Edger Allen Poe would do the same I'm afraid.

  • Institutions Up Their Stake In Sirius XM To 52% [View article]
Patients is the key on this one. Another great article and inspiring responses from your readers. Seems the PPS hasn't declined following quarterly reports as it has in the past. October 29th is the next test. All good things come to those that wait. What's this I hear about a Liberty burger? ;)

  • Applying A Valuation Multiple To Sirius XM [View article]
Excellent article on understanding NOLs and how an investor should consider that as it relates to Sirius XM. Now I can relax and watch the PPS appreciate over time. Thanks for the article Mr. Osborne. Unlike Mr. Faulkner I'll practice my flight skills with Flight Sim X. :)

  • Sirius XM Is Not Apple [View article]
PPS will go higher with lowering of debt, implementing new technology, continue to provide premium content, and limiting commercials. This is the best way to return equity to stockholders and subscribers alike a quality product at a reasonable price. The comparison with Apple is like comparing apples to oranges. We could be waiting a long time for the FCC to rule. I predict Dr. Malone will have to get to 50.1%. This dance of the titans will continue well into next year.

  • Sirius XM: I Stand Strong On My $2.75 Target [View article]
Great article, straight and to the point. I stand with you. Patience is the key. You break it down for the longs. The shorts need to be cautious. The market has taken notice lately and will for some time.. For those that believe you will be rewarded. As always, I look forward to your thoughts and those of your readers. For now, stay the course. Thanks for your input on Sirius XM.

  • Liberty Media Moves Up On High Volume [View article]
"Personally I do not really care who runs the company as long as they have a vision and can run it in a profitable manner." Hopefully for all that invest into Sirius or Liberty.

I've seen little on the subject of how Sirius stockholders will benefit. Is it fair to assume Mr. Malone is only looking out for his Liberty shareholders? Should existing Sirius be concerned? Or just go along for the ride?

  • Should You Trade Your Shares Of Sirius XM For Liberty Media? [View article]
Excellent article. Agree, Mr. Malone has already taken a premium. Sirius stockholders wait in anticipation. Lets get this deal done. This stock PPS is starting to stall again.

  • Sirius XM: Every New Subscriber Adds Increased Profit [View article]
This well written article supports why longs are longs on Sirius. Clearly difficult for a Sirius Bear to argue. This is a "Big Deal"!

  • Sirius XM Short Interest Is Down [View article]
Excellent information in your article as always.

Interested in the churn rate. It would be nice if was below 1.8. The numbers are looking good going into the quarterly report. I look forward to Liberty finally closing this deal and move on. Share volume has tapered off recently. "Calm before the storm". Long on Sirius.

  • Off-radar microcap Rexahn Pharmaceuticals (RNN) is up another +16.6% today, having doubled since Monday's announcement that it's submitted an IND application to the FDA for a first-in-human study of RX-5902 to treat advanced or metastatic solid tumors.  [View news story]
How much debt does this company have? It doesn't appear to have made any money. Maybe I just don't where to look. I will continue to research this.

  • Liberty Media Takes Delivery Of 302 Million Sirius XM Shares - What's Next? [View article]
I predict the FCC won't approve until Liberty has 51%.

Spencer, another well written factual article on Sirius XM. I have concerns too with when Liberty takes control how will the current common shareholders of Sirius be effected? There seems to be a lot of speculation as to possible scenarios. I look forward to discussion on this.

  • Today's Market News To Trade On: 5 Stocks Moving On News [View article]
I agree sirifiar. What is it going to take to move this stock? A serious investigation by the SEC is warranted. However proving manipulation illegally may be difficult. That's why these guys are the heavy hitters. The retail investor is only along for the ride. We are at their mercy. This dance with Liberty has been on going for six months. This stock has been manipulated, destroying the free market price, creating an artificial price. The SEC will do nothing.
