  • Sirius XM: Can You Make Money On A Stock In Transition? [View article]
I appreciate your article. Thanks for taking the time to write it.

I'm Seattle Hawks fan I am used to disappointment.

At the moment I am disappointed with Sirius XM's PPS. I believe that once the Media giants settle their disputes and one clear winner emerges with a clear marketing strategy, return equity to shareholders, and a board of directors and CEO that actually implement sound business decisions. We shareholders will just have to deal with it. The options are sell and give your shares away, or hold and enjoy Sirius growth potential.

  • A Deeper Look At Sirius XM's Used Car Channel [View article]
Interesting information on the new and used car market.

Might explain why Liberty wants it so bad. At the moment geting it cheap.

When you have time could you explain the churn rate?

  • Liberty Media Takes Tough Stance With Sirius XM [View article]
All you can do is ride this out. Hold'em if ya can. Who knows when this circus will end. It's the battle of the Media Titans. Someone should ask Ted Turner (CNN) to take that truant board member place and really make it a three ring circus.

  • Should The FCC Block Acquisition Of SiriusXM Radio By Liberty Media? [View article]
Roxieanne, Instead of contacting the FCC with your complaints. You would best served (to shareholders) by contacting Sirius XM management, shareholder office, and asking them why Mr. Black hasn't shown up for board meetings. I would suggest further, Sir, that Mr. Ted Turner( founder of CNN) be recommended as a replacement. (For Mr. Black) Can you imagine, these media titans, Mr. Mel K, Mr J. Malone and Mr. Turner together in discussing how to best serve the shareholders of Sirius XM? I mean no disrespect to you. All the best.

It would be nice if we could get all elected board members to at lest show up. Won't matter, John Malone won't stand for truancy, dereliction of duty, or neglect of due diligence on the part of elected board members. Mr Black ?

  • More dysfunction at Sirius XM Radio (SIRI +0.1%): The company reports in a SEC filing that Leon Black won back his seat on Sirius' board - despite seeing more shareholders vote against re-election than voted in favor. The CEO of Apollo Global Management benefited from the fact that no alternative candidates were on the ballot. [View news story]
The shareholders have been denied his experience, advise, and counsel. By Mr. Blacks truancy. The institutional stockholders 'silence' for or against his board membership does not make his inaction to the shareholders less important. If he is unable to fulfill his obligation then he should resign. It appears to me the institutions have failed there fellow stockholders. They should request a special stockholders meeting submit a board member that will perform in the best interests of all stockholders. Almost a billion shareholders voted against Mr. Black

  • Why I Sold Sirius XM And Why I Will Buy It Again Soon [View article]
When can Liberty submit with the FCC on the control issue? At 46% currently they still do not have sufficient control. I agree just hold tight until after the 4th of July.

As a long time long on this stock I hope the process doesn't take long to make the decision. I have no problem with Liberty advances on Sirius XM. The one fear I have is will Sirius XM stock exsist after this process?

  • Sirius XM: CEO Mel Karmazin Holds All The Cards Now [View article]
L/A , Your articles consistently provide factual and practical information on this stock. No wonder your articles always attract meaningful comments from your readers. For us less sophisticated investors that means a lot. Much appreciated.

Do you predict that once this circus on ownership is settled this stock will be less volatile and appreciate PPS on it's own merits vs price degradation via put options? Seems that investment strategy will be extremely dangerous as this process continues.

  • Sirius: Karmazin Killing This Stock [View article]
Mr. Frangold, Respectfully, You have chosen not to respond to any of the above comments on this article. A non response sends a message. I'll just leave it at that. Sirius Xm is the best radio on radio. A media bonanza. No wonder these media giants are fighting over it.
