Great article. Thank you. Just look at Samsungs margins... only 7 and change billions. The iphone started selling at 499 when launched in 2007 and now I payed $700 last year. Amazing pricing power that apple has. Unfortunately for the company, is becoming too big and the world likes diversity and mess and chaos and that is what we are getting.

Very interesting article. Right on, the fight will be about search. I can't wait to have an apple made search on the iphone. In iOS 5, Siri used to make quantitative searches through WolframAlpha, but now they do them through Google. And the results are typical Google, whoever pays more gets first. Moving to a content priority, rather than profit priority search engine could be a killer for APPL and their users will be very happy.
