What you say is true, but high quality companies' stocks seems to almost always sell at a premium. KO, personally my largest holding will rarely be "on sale." KO is also, generally speaking, recession-proof.

I like the stock, but I have been trading out of it as hurricane season approaches. In the event of a correction, I would be a buyer in the $22 or lower range. I realize I could be wrong and miss an upside move, but a bad hurricane would impact earnings, probably substantially.

I like HCI too, but have been trading instead of buying and holding. I sold today into the strength as I personally like not holding it with the hurricane season coming. But if it dips back down in a correction, I would buy it in the $22- $23 range.

I think that Sept. corn at $5.95 and Dec. corn at $5.67 has a lot of uncertainty built in. If the crop looks good in July, look for a drop in the corn price, which will drop the nitrogen stocks.
But in the meantime, I would ride any wet planting ground, frost, or drought rally, but I would not get greedy.
