    (June 5th, 2013, New York) Building off of the momentum of past conferences, Golden Networking brings back China Leaders Forum 2013(www.ChinaLeadersForum.com). The conference brings together esteemed scholars, professionals, and investors from around the world to examine China's current political and economic challenges as well as the long-term opportunities that will be created in the world's largest economy by 2016. Mr. Robert Vambery, PhD Columbia University, and Instructor at Pace University, will speak at Golden Networking's China Leaders Forum 2013, "Will the Chinese Dream Become the Long-term Investors' Dream or Nightmare?", in New York on October 1st.

    Dr. Vambery is an expert on skills and strategies for global corporations, international marketing of large size loans, international debt defaults, the causes of trade deficits of the U.S., and global competition in strategic industries. He is coeditor and coauthor of the book International Business Knowledge: Managing International Functions in the 1990s with W. Dymsza as well as author of the book Capital Investment Control in the Air Transport Industry. He has presented papers including "High-Tech Global Export Strategy Model for Accelerated Growth of Developing Countries" with T. Um, at the Academy of International Business, British Columbia, and Canada. He also authored a two volume monograph with L. Kanuk, for the U.S. Department of Commerce, entitled "Industrial Policy for the Maritime Industry." In 2012, Dr. Vambery received the Global Business and Technology Association's GLOBAL EXCELLENCE AWARD for his work in the international business studies field.

    Dr. Vambery has extensive international experience including academic work assignments to all five continents and visits to over fifty countries and territories. He was part of a joint project with KPMG Peat Marwick and the Global Economic Action Committee that lead to the development of a training program for East European University graduates. He has worked with the Kwan Fong Institute, Hong Kong on "Trading and Investing in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China." In conjunction with the Global Economic Action Committee, he researched "Modernization of the Chinese Economy and its Role in the Global Economy." In this China Conference, professor Vambery will provide information about trading and investing in China.

Dr. Shen, Citi's Managing Director in Hong Kong, will participate in a panel titled "Will the Chinese Dream Become Long-term Investors' Dream or Nightmare?" in New York on October 1st.

    Dr. Shen, Managing Director based in Hong Kong, is an Economist. Dr. Shen is a well-known commentator on the mainland through his blog on sina.com, one of the most viewed websites in China. On the website he explains current economic issues related to a wide range of topics such as inflation and exchange rates, and he also answers questions raised by his readers nationwide. In this China Conference, Dr. Shen will help investors develop a good understanding of the main economic issues in China.

    In early 2013, Dr. Shen announced on Chinabusinessreview.com that China's economy will continue to grow at a high rate, and that the government will implement reforms incrementally. Citi expects reforms in interest rate liberalization, more Renminbi flexibility, the business tax to be converted into a value-add tax in the service sector, and property tax reform.

    Dr. Shen specializes in economic and market analysis in China. During his twenty-five years in the industry he has conducted collaborative research with, or provided consulting services for, the World Bank, Asia Development Bank, National Development and Reform Commission, and People's Bank of China.

    (May 31st, 2013, New York) Dr. Xiaohong He, founding chair of the International Business Department at the School of Business, Quinnipiac University, will speak at Golden Networking's China Leaders Forum 2013, , "Will the Chinese Dream Become Long-term Investors' Dream or Nightmare?", October 1st, New York City, conference that will examine the political and economic challenges facing China nowadays and the long-term opportunities that will be created in the world's largest economy by 2016.

    Dr. He has been teaching for more than 20 years at Quinnipiac University. She received her Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Dallas in International Management Studies. She also holds an M.S. in Finance and an M.A. in International Business. Her undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering from China. Prior to coming to the US, Dr. He worked as a research engineer for the National Academy of Agricultural Mechanization of Sciences in China for eight years. She also worked as a business consultant and executive in the transportation sector in the US before she joined the academia. Dr. He teaches international business, global entrepreneurship, and international finance. She has also taken students to Nicaragua on a microfinance mission.

    Dr. He has published many papers in refereed journals and several books in both English and Chinese. A widely travelled person, Dr. He conducts research on multinational corporations, international monetary system, global entrepreneurship, and globalization. Her most recent travels, as part of her research on entrepreneurship development in emerging markets, took her to China, India and Turkey. Dr. He is a recipient of the prestigious Excellence in Teaching Award at Quinnipiac University. Dr. He also received several international awards on research excellence and grants for conducting international business research. She is active in the academic community and is currently serving as the Treasurer of the Academy of International Business-US Northeast Chapter.
