    Bird flu (a flu of birds) is not normally transmitted to humans, and is only something to keep an eye on because viruses can mutate. Only a handful of people have died from it. It is not a hazard in cooked chicken. If anything, the Chinese will start going to McDonald to eat their chicken if they become worried about it.

    According to the prospectus, Ruckus cannot enter into any business with an interested stockholder for a period of 3 years after the IPO, and then only with a 66 2/3% vote of the shareholders.
