Bird flu (a flu of birds) is not normally transmitted to humans, and is only something to keep an eye on because viruses can mutate. Only a handful of people have died from it. It is not a hazard in cooked chicken. If anything, the Chinese will start going to McDonald to eat their chicken if they become worried about it.
