  • Defense And Offense: How Nvidia Is Taking On AMD And Qualcomm [View article]
NVDA's chart looks ugly. Expect a pull back to $15 before earnings release on 2/12/14. Short interest has increased to highest levels since May 2013. In case the market rallies, high short interest could be a bullish for NVDA.

  • Earnings Preview: Yahoo 4Q2013 [View article]
I think Yahoo finds support at current levels, which looks like a floor. The institutions that piled in over the past six months are like flies around $hit, waiting for the Alibaba IPO. Fidelity owns over 10 percent of YHOO, and as long as they maintain their ownership level, YHOO should be okay. If there's a positive Chinese New Year surprise, breaking out above $41.72 (52-week high), could happen in a heartbeat.

Intel: $48 Per Share In 4 Years

    Conclusion

You can see why I own Intel...it has great risk/reward, and I think the pessimism surrounding the company is way overdone. I make a number of assumptions in generating my price target, but I believe that I am erring on the side of conservatism rather than optimism. Custom Foundry, greater mobile share, and PC growth resumption (even single digit CAGR...) are additional upside drivers that I have not factored in to my estimates. The 4.2% dividend isn't bad, either.
