Michigan has one thing many states do not , to cause the high home ownership . Lake Michigan shoreline , Lake Huron Shoreline - Lake Erie Shoreline , Lake Superior shoreline . And all the resort towns that go with the shore - many Illinois , Ohio ,Indiana and Missouri plates on the highways here all summer - The high home rate is second home owners - the upper crust who could afford at one time to buy the best of the best properties all lakefront , at 10 to 50k a foot . Do your home work Mark , "if you seek a pleasent peninsula , look around you " still holds true - just not much selling happening I agree

I am pleased that SA editors are following this carbon thing closely - 5 yrs ago it didn't exists . Now we are certain to see it grow , specially with all the Goreites and Envirofreaks about . Hope SA keeps us abreast of new developments . Waiting till GRN has greater volume to ever invest in same - their are foreign exchanges that EUA's and Credits may be bought on i.e. the ECX - for another look at carbon do a search on Graphene - toughest substance that exists , and in its infant stages - will replace silicon in electronics - simple pencil lead streaks - amazing

Another bit of data to check would be which stocks in the sectors are above their 50dma . Are they the speculative ones ? Small caps . Amex low volume shooting stars ? Speculative moves in these risky stocks that move markets to a supposed bullish point do not convince me to change "cash" positions . I really like the data presented though . charts say drop coming imho. Bill

There are several small cap power infra companies as well , that have been showing some movement . One odd ball one EFOI ( Energy Focus Inc )does work with LED and fiber optics lighting businesses , docks , boats , homes , et al . I like CREE's recent price action too . Great article , finding the under the radar energy saving stocks . Thanx
