I post a great deal on the Yahoo boards and have warned investors about companies like ANX, NUVO and many others months before pertinent news was released...you, in particular, may have seen my Yahoo posts over the past nine months warning about SNUS and its idiotic Vitamin E formulations...if you did then apparently you ignored them...too bad for your wallet...regardless, I think VNDA is basically another biotech scam...it licenses some throwaway drugs from other companies in an effort to con investors into believing because they are farther along in trials, the drugs have some merit...however, iloperidone is only a respiridone knock-off tossed by Novartis after lawsuits arose against Titan Pharmaceutical...VEC-1... is little more than ramelteon in disguise...VSF-173 is another one from the Novartis garbage can and looks like it's probably little more than a dopamine agonist...is there a course in your MBA program for assigning value to someone else's garbage?...moreover, the company's CEO is a geneticist with ZERO experience running a company and ZERO experience getting drugs approved...sorry, but this company looks like it was designed for nothing more than bilking investors.

The more pertinent question, I believe, is who exactly is "Enzio Pfeil"...read his biography and discover -- uh, oh -- he's an economist...that's strike one -- how many wealthy economists do you know?...strike two: he believes in Friedman and Keynes -- need I say more?...strike three: he has a newsletter -- "The Economic Clock" -- in which he says using his "economic principles" has returned 320% since 1999...wow, that's great!...funny, though, I can't find any evidence to support that claim...it doesn't show up on any newsleetter ranking services...I can't find any mutual funds that use its "economic principles"...now, in MY world, those that "can" do; those that "can't" sell newsletters and appear as guests on Bloomberg...until he shows me a real investment portfolio and how it has performed over 5-10 years, I consider him no more credible than "Howdy Doody."

Baloney!!...where does he get those numbers?...I see the ITT licensing agreement but I sure don't see any numbers...in fact I don't even see that ITT says it plans to use anything Parker offers in anything it makes!!...the subsequent quarterly report CLAIMS that royalty income should begin in the second half of 2007 but again offers no estimates as to actual numbers...Parker has been pumping RF hype for over TEN YEARS now...I'll believe royalties ONLY after I see some.

According to my Daily Graphs chart service there are only 5.83 million shares outstanding giving it a market cap of 169 million versus the almost 1.8 billion listed in your article...are they incorrect?...also, it might be worth looking up LSBC -- they were using plants to make human proteins such as lysosomal acid lipase...they're now bankrupt company still listed in the pink sheets...they still have a website "lsbc.com" if you're interested.
