  • Shell investors waiting for signs the company is living within its means [View news story]
I sold a clients large position (he has a small one in RDS.B in a taxable account) last week at $78.18. I don't see the dividend being in danger, but this co needs to find direction and an identity. Perhaps selling assets and building a bigger cash position will help them find it. For the moment, I'm looking to deploy that cash elsewhere.

Agree with giving back, Norman. I definitely make a point of making sure my wife gets 'her time in the sun' too. She goes through a lot of cloudy weather though : D

CLMT is not better than EPD. It may currently have a higher yield, but I'd hardly call it 'better'.

I don't understand those that kowtow to the wife (the 'Yes, Dear' approach) like that. I guess you get worn down and don't want to argue anymore. I get that, but I make all the $, do all the laundry, pay all the bills, do all the investing, supervise most of the kids' homework getting done, and arrange (or do) most of the regular yard work.

I've earned the right to be the boss and expect my wife to think the same. No, we don't have the easiest relationship, but there's no way I would trade my wife being my/the boss for having it easier at home. For me, there's no other way.

These bullish articles on ESV are starting to add up. It will be interesting to see what-if anything-happens to their pps over the coming weeks as more and more people seem to becoming bullish on shares of ESV.

Hopefully, they won't have the opposite effect ; )
