Mark Villalpando has been involved in real estate for over twenty five years as a retailer, a developer, an investor, a banker, an asset manager, and an attorney. Mark was formerly a partner of a law firm focusing on real estate and corporate matters. He then was involved with the initial development of the Boston Market and Einstein Brothers Bagels restaurant chains in seven western states. Thereafter, Mark developed many community and neighborhood retail centers working with anchor tenants such as Whole Foods, Walmart, Kroger, Kohl’s and Home Depot. Mark also served as member and Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Arizona Savings Bank for over twenty years.
