Mr. Mallon is a Founder and Managing Partner of Vesta Capital Advisors. Mr. Mallon co-manages debt and equity capital raising efforts, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, and oversees general daily management of the firm. Mr. Mallon was most recently a partner with the Chicago based team of CBRE Capital Markets. The team successfully raised over $8 billion in debt and equity since 2004 for a variety of clients ranging from private operators to institutional REITs and major pension funds.
